Council Member Daniel Dromm has been an important advocate for the Save for College Program in Council District 25 and citywide. As a former NYC public school teacher, Council Member Dromm often talks about the importance of every child – regardless of immigration status or how much money their parents have in the bank – having expectations and support to attend college.
