Jordan Barowitz

Vice President of Public Affairs, The Durst Organization

Community Scholarships provide a way for communities to come together and leverage their unique assets to support college and career training opportunities. The Durst Organization, where Jordan Barowitz is a Vice President, was among the many donors that supported the Astoria Houses Resident Association’s Community Scholarship Campaign to raise $1,000 for every child with an NYC Scholarship account living in Astoria Houses. As a real estate company, the Durst Organization has made a significant investment in Astoria and supporting the educational futures of the children of Astoria is part of their commitment to supporting the community.
